3. WHAT TO BRING TO PICK UP SLABS?
To pick up slabs, please bring an A-Frame and straps for secure transport. Vehicles such as sedans that are not properly equipped will not be loaded with stone. Additionally, our warehouse personnel are not responsible for strapping down the material.
1. DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY SERVICES?
Yes, we offer delivery services to customers who meet the minimum order requirement and are within a specific radius of our warehouse. To schedule a delivery, please confirm with a sales representative in advance. Contact your nearest store for more details on delivery options.
2. IS IT NECESSARY FOR ME TO BE WITH MY CLIENT TO SELECT MATERIALS?
While it is not mandatory, we highly recommend accompanying your customer during material selection. If you are unable to be present, please provide your customer with accurate information regarding the size and quantity needed. Note that we require the presence of a professional to disclose pricing information. For your convenience, please download our Material Selection Card.
4. HOW TO PICK UP PREFABS?
Similar to slab pickup, please ensure you have an A-Frame and straps for secure transportation of prefabricated items. Ill-equipped vehicles like sedans will not be loaded with stone. It is also important to note that our warehouse personnel are not responsible for strapping down the material.
6. HOW DO I MANAGE A CLAIM? WHAT CAN BE CONSIDERED A CLAIM?
Claims will only be accepted for factory defects in the material. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of pickup and cannot involve any alterations, including fabrication and installation. KOSTONE will solely be responsible for manufacturing defects of the material and will not cover other costs such as fabrication, installation, and labor.
