As part of the second phase of the Disney Homebuilder program, KOSTONE has proudly supplied several hundred integrated bathroom units for the employee dormitories, blending functionality with the magic of Disney.

As an integral part of the seaside villa bathroom experience system, each villa within the project is equipped with KOSTONE's integrated bathroom solutions, aimed at providing occupants with unmatched levels of comfort and style.
Toyoko Inn
Toyoko Inn, a distinguished Japanese business hotel chain, boasts an extensive network of over 300 properties across Japan and Korea. Since 2009, Toyoko Inn has been in collaboration with KOSTONE, incorporating KOSTONE's premium products to meet the rigorous standards of Japan's competitive market. To date, more than 20 Toyoko Inn locations in Japan have been enhanced with over 3,000 KOSTONE integrated bathroom units, showcasing a commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.

Nanjing University's International New Campus
Nanjing University's Xianlin International New Campus is located in the southwest part of the Baixiang area, east of Jiuxiang River, in Xianlin New District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. The campus occupies a planned area of 4910 mu (approximately 325 hectares), with a total construction scale of about 1.2 million square meters. Sci-tech has provided more than a thousand sets of integrated bathrooms for the campus, all constructed using dry method and prefabricated installation. This approach has saved the project significant labor costs and reduced construction time.

The total investment of over 900 million yuan was allocated to the Campus of Jinan Licheng No. 2 Middle School. It covers an area of 145 mu (approximately 9.67 hectares), with a construction area of about 120,000 square meters. The campus includes facilities such as art and sports buildings, experimental buildings, library buildings, teaching buildings, dining halls, and student activity centers. Both student dormitories and teacher apartments on the campus are equipped with Sci-tech integrated bathrooms, providing a warm and comfortable quality of life for faculty and students alike.
